Summary: The hotel is under construction. The restaurant was closed and the lobby and 1st floor didnt have AC.

Summary: After 30 hours of travel delays, this hotel and its staff welcomed us with kindness. The staff treated us with empathy, and the the bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was perfect, with lots of extras as well.

Summary: Hotel was decent. You can tell they are making changes for the better. We were told that the hot tub was working but unfortunately it was not. We even called in advance.

Summary: Stay was overall good. We stayed for my son’s college graduation, only one elevator was working, pool was freezing, hot tub was not hot and jets did not work. My parents asked for a king room and they got two queens. And their air conditioner was not working.

Summary: The staff was not attentive, i stood at the desk waiting for someone help me for around 8 minutes just to watch what i believe was a manager come out and text in front of me and not even acknowledge i was 2 ft in front of her. None of the door handles worked the first time you tried to use them and our 'remodeled room' was trash. Only new paint which sucked. Everything in the room was clearly old as it was covered in dust and still had wrappers in the fridge from the previous people. There was literally active water dripping into the pool room when it rained by the exterior door and the hot tub jets didn't work, had many gross things floating around in it as well. Pipes and random stuff laying around....

Summary: The hotel seemed to be clean and the breakfast/cafe area was very nice. Staff was friendly. They are in the middle of renovating and and we got a 'renovated' room. For some reason, they decided to replace blackout curtains with flimsy white vinly blinds that block Zero light while sleeping! It was awful! Our kids kept waking up thinking it was almost morning when it was still the middle of the night. We were all exhausted the next day. Also, the renovations looked like they were done by my 9yo. I cant believe Holiday Inn is ok with how this room was redone and put together. I will not be staying at Holiday Inns again if this is what I can expect.
